Previous Planetside experience:
I never played the original Planetside but I have played PS2 on and off since beta. 355 hours according to steam.

Outfit history:
[OC] Outcasters, Except from a very small outfit during beta, this is the only outfit I've been in.
How ever ever since November the core of the outfit have been inactive and the outfit feels like it's dead. It is sad to have to leave but where as many in OC have lost their love for the game I still enjoy it a great deal so if I want to do outfit play I have to look for a new outfit.

Other (online) games you have played / achievements:
I have played WoW actively from late TBC and I quit during early MoP due to a burnout and I never got back into it. During this time I have been raiding "hardcore" for 4 years. Cleared all content from late Wotlk to early MoP. Besides WoW I have played a fair bit of LoL but not in a competitive fashion.

What you hope to bring to BRTD:
I am a fairly talkative guy and you can always count on me to do my best when it counts. But I also do not take gaming to seriously and the most important thing for me is to have a good time while playing.

What made you choose this outfit over any other organized outfit?
I have played on Miller since release and BRTD is what seems like the most active outfit TR side that is not a zergfit. Also you seem like a good community and that's the most important thing for me when choosing a group of people to spend a lot of time with.

How did you hear about Better Red Than Dead
From in-game tags and r/MillerPlanetside.

What is your preferred play style: Infantry/Armour/Aircraft?
While on my own: Infantry>Aircraft>Armour.
While in a squad/platoon: Aircraft>Infantry>Armour. But I like all of them.

I would like to take the time to welcome you as a trial member of BRTD! You have been accepted on a 4-6 week trial basis which is a standard procedure for all new recruits. It is required that you download Mumble which we use for voice communication. You will be sent a private message on this website with mumble details as soon as your application is accepted, for information on installing mumble please go here: www.brtd.net/mumble

Please start using Mumble within the next week so the officers can register you and get you into the thick of BRTD operations. When you first log onto mumble you will not have the proper rights to move from the lobby, as such just hold tight there and someone will pop up and welcome you to the outfit and get you started. If you have any trouble please consult the FAQ section: www.brtd.net/faq-guides or ask an officer who will be happy to assist you. If for any reason you cannot log onto mumble within a week of your application submission, just send which ever officer accepted your application a message on the BRTD website saying why so we don't remove you due to inactivity.

Training nights are on Thursday and Sunday at 8pm GMT where we take you through tactics BRTD use and make sure you know the basics so you can enjoy the game as much as we do.

Along with training every Thursday and Sunday we run “Monday night Madness” which is always a good laugh! In this event we hold races, showdowns, and many more things to boot. A point to note, sometimes even station cash prizes are given!

Our outfit plays on the EU Miller server; our squads are often open and listed (though ask on mumble for an invite if they are not). When you are set up on Mumble, Please ask an officer for an outfit invite so you can join our squads in-game.
