Previous Planetside experience: None on Planetside - Joined Planetside II after winning a prize-draw and entered the beta, then initially didn't play from December 2012 - June 2013 due to University commitments, incompatible laptop and awful internet connection.
Outfit history (if applicable): PCG (PC Gamer) - Oct 2013 - Dec 2013, left due to own inactivity in-game and other commitments that affected my play-time. Been lone-wolfing it ever since.
Other (online) games you have played / achievements: World of Warcraft, top 3 Guilds on my server (Qual'Thalas, Alliance) in competitive raiding scene, League of Legends Gold I ranked ladder (and climbing).
Do you have a mic? Yes/No: Yes - although Mumble (and my PC, randomly) believe it is being removed every 2 seconds, making completing my Mumble set up impossible though I'm working on resolving it. Headset works fine outside of that.
What you hope to bring to BRTD: A calm, attentive attitude ready to listen and do as I'm told, a general enjoyment of blasting enemy air with flak when others would call it dull and a strange affection for sticky grenades as well as the will to play in any class/vehicle - though I would strongly recommend against allowing me to fly.
What made you choose this outfit over any other organized outfit? Size, general attitude of members and representation both in and out of the game alongside the capability to fight at battles of varying sizes with a multitude of tactics, or simply just to have fun.
How did you hear about Better Red Than Dead In-game advertising, usually surrounded by the likes of GOON, FU and BRTD tags whenever I'm taking part in various battles.
What is your preferred play style: Infantry/Armour/Aircraft? Infantry mainly, occasionally do stealth AP Prowler runs from time-to-time with varied success, very little experience with flying and air-based gunning though have a mostly kitted out Liberator + Mossie.
Anything else you'd like to add: I'm hopeful my application leads to acceptance and a trial period, albeit would also understand why it's possible to be declined given my lack of communication capability via Mumble currently. Hopefully it's just a random error as I had 0 problems when running Mumble with PCG.
