Anything else you'd like to add: A well known secret to making a good steak is to let the meat rest for a while, don't 'finish' it in the oven - take it out a few minutes before you think it's ready and let it rest. It will cook itself perfectly done by its own heat. Congratulations, now you can impress your friends with your Ramsey cooking skills.
Also add a spoon of Crème fraîche to your scrambled eggs, trust me on this one.
