We were according to Higby last week but the patch to the server on Friday removed th ability to spawn on Amerish all together from what I heard.

I got the same resolution sticks as a ps4 now and they still seem to jerk around and behave weird in ps4 clips... Very weird
Though they was using some high settings, they was running at 900p with a render quality of 80% to keep the CPU usage down...
Try it on pc with high settings, looks nice but the resolution is too low for a 2014 game...

They're "aiming for a 2014 release". What a bummer for what was supposed to be a PS4 launch title.
Thinking about what they said "1080p on ultra @60fps".
How many settings go to ultra lol, they they set that to ultra and the rest they can stick on low and they still are doing what they said.
They may use 1080p but scale the resolution down to 720p with the render quality slider and still do what they said.
They never said 60fps at all times, you may get 60fps when you roaming and no ones around but it will still drop in large fights.
I've seem this kind of marketing waffle from Sony before and all that happens is everyone gets stung out of cash for a game that only does what it says on the tin in one exact circumstance.

Never underestimate what you can do when you are optimising for one standardised set of hardware, also look at the FOV and size of the weapon models. As for Ultra settings, there are a lot which are not currently available in the game menus. This is because SOE are idiots and cave in when people with Potato Computers try running everything on Max and complain that they can't get 60 FPS, so a number of the highest settings can only be activated through the UserOptions.ini file.
