I have changed mumble to use the New opus sound codec, but several members have not updated to mumble 1.2.4 this forces the server to fall back to the older celt sound codec. From now on anyone on 1.2.3 won't be able to hear on the brtd server till they update to mumble 1.2.4. They have had several months to update.
