Did anyone reply to this one:

https://forums.station.sony.com/ps2/index.php?threads/what-are-your-top-3-bases-or-outposts-in-planetside-2.167594/

I like:

Scarred Mesa
Regent Rock
Feldspar Canyon or The Ascent

Also, I would like us to help Dotz0r keep this thread up:

It is impossible to reply to Luperza's thread now.

I really like tower structures and 2 stack buildings.
So my top 3 would contain those structures.

But to make it more diverse
1. Octagon
2. The Bastion
3. Esamir Munition Corps (2 towers, fuck yeah!)

This is what I posted a month ago in the reddit version of that topic:

Feldspar Canyon base: You need to control the bridge above it to control the base, which leads to fantastic vertical combined arms battles (mainly for control of the bridge), that can last very long and typically involves all vehicle types as well as infantry.

Auraxis Firearms Corp.:
If anything, this game can use more epic bridge fights and this is one of the best bases in the game, if not the best, to provide it.

Saurva Data Storage/Benson Construction: It has been said before, more open field battles would be awesome for this game. This North Indar desert terrain is one of the few wide open area's between bases in the game that allows for tank warfare as well as infantry moving from cover to cover. Also, lots of opportunities to flank for fast moving vehicles. Unlike the popular Indar Excavation/Quartz Ridge area however, there is no elevation on either side. Which means tower canons, snipers and lock-on launchers raining down are less of a hindrance, giving battles in this area a true ground warfare feel.

I think they started that topic back then because they were in the middle of the Amerish overhaul and were looking for inspiration.

Re:Re: PS2 Forums Threads

Yeah, Luperza asked on PSU as well.

Also, keep in mind that the comment has to be more than just 'bump'. We got yelled at for doing that to our recruiting thread back at launch.
