Any recruit which’re given a trial period in BRTD needs to complete the “recruit training crash course”, before they’ll be put into consideration regarding getting accepted and promoted to a full-on member of BRTD.
These training courses are being run once every 2 weeks and has a length of 1½ hour, followed by a small op, meant to give the recruits a chance to put their new ly learned knowledge about BRTD into action.
The primary subjects of the recruit training crash course, is primarily regarding, teaching the recruits how to play and communicate within BRTD. How our most basic tactics works and how our communication is set up.
The aim of the crash course is to give each of our recruits a basic understanding of the team play within BRTD, allowing them to grasp and understand the basic ropes, before learning the more advanced tactics with the rest of the outfit, either through normal outfit training sessions, or while joining the rest of the reaper in everyday combat in the main platoon.

As a recruit you’re still allowed to play work with the main platoon on mumble and in-game, in fact we encourage you to jump on mumble every day to hang out with the rest of the outfit before the upcoming recruit training session.
