Website & Mumble Website hosting issues

Hi folks,

We are aware that there is a severe slowdown of the website at times, we are keeping an eye on it.

This is because our hosting provider moved to a new data centre but ever since then, the website been having time out and a lot of other issues (I have spent hours and hours on their crappy live chat support), we will be looking at moving to a new hosting provider and a new forum system, but this is a medium term project as I have exams in 4 weeks, so it will have to be after that. For now it will be just research and testing.

Is this the reason people have been logged out when they come back to the site after a couple of hours?

Short answer yes, there webservers and databases are slow to respond at times and along several clean out of the database that i have done, this caused the log outs.
