Mythx i like the idea! PS2 has taken away the major specialisation that PS1 had (with certs you chose and how they effected your gameplay) so award players with honorary titles for doing what they do best and what they always do every day ie: like you said with ANooblet - Dedicated medic and a damn good one
Medical Officer/Specialist/Related title for dedicated medics who are key to teamplay and always do what they can for other player in the outfit
Flying Officer/Specialist/Related for dedicated fly boys who always cover the Reapers from above and are effective in the air
Tank Commander/Specialist/Related for those in love with prowler/lightning and can effectively use their vehicle alongside the outfit to complete objectives
TLC (Terran Logistic Corps) Officer/Specialist/Related for the constant sunderer driver who always pulls it to deploy the troops to current objectives and always keeps us supplied with a spawn point in an effective position
Overwatch Officer/Specialist/Related for the players who are great at playing the infiltrator class and do use it along side that of the outfit in many scenarios to the objectives of the game - no lone wolfing business
and then also a rank title cant think of one for the soldier who always participates in outfit activity, is a great member of the community and contributes to what is going on with positive things to say, good ideas to give and doesn't hold back on what he says as long as it is for the good of the outfit. I believe we do have a rank for this but unsure as I've forgotten ^^
Just adds something for people to aim for in the outfit. But these Titles will only be given to the people who are dedicated with their specialisation and how they use it with the outfit. If someone has been noticed to be really good in one particular area of gameplay and is always on target with a squads orders/objectives and contribute it in a way which enhances the squads effectiveness.
