Name: Aleksa
Age: 30
Location: Serbia

Previous Planetside experience:
Been playing ps2 since beta (started somewhere in august iirc) tried ps1 out for a while, but never got to play it much

Outfit history (if applicable):
Haven't been in any outfit yet

Other (online) games you have played / achievements:
This'll be a long list...
Main games that i still play would be
wow(cleared pretty much all of it, been playing since beta with a couple of breaks, currently 10/13 hc in last tier)
guild wars 2 and anarchy online.
I also played a fair ammount of age of conan, rift, guild wars 1 and i'm sure there's a few others i can't remember atm.
Other than mmos, i played a lot of quake 2/3, unreal tournament, cs and cs:go (didn't really enjoy source), tribes 2 and later ascend, tried cod
but can't say it's my cup of tea, played some of the old battlefield games with a bunch of friends. Used to play brood wars quite a lot, warcraft 2/3 as well, dabbled in lol and hon, tried dota 2... Think that about covers it :)

Do you have a mic? Yes/No: Yes

What you hope to bring to BRTD:
Dedicated gamer with a rather decent if somewhat cynical sense of humour with quite a bit of experience in online gaming :)
Also cookies!

What made you choose this outfit over any other organized outfit?
I've ran around in your squads/platoons over the course of playing the game and i did quite enjoy myself.

How did you hear about Better Red Than Dead
As mentioned above, i played on several occasions with you guys and while browsing ps2 forums i noticed you were opening your recruitment again.

What is your preferred play style: Infantry/Armour/Aircraft?
I prefer infantry and in that, i mainly play la, followed by infiltrator, which is not to say that my other infantry classes are not decently decked out, including pretty heavily certed max. I've started equipping some of the armour and i would love to fully gear my harasser, but being mostly a solo player so far, it didn't seem like a good investment, without dedicated gunner who knows what to do..

Anything else you'd like to add:
A thing that might be an issue, I have a VS char on Miller atm. That one got there by accident.
I tried to delete my old VS char on woodman to change it's name, and during that, my main (TR, who was 52BR) char got deleted due to that weird bug they had going on.
Since they don't have rollback ability and they didn't backup chars, they gave me new 58BR TR guy on miller(which skews the stats on my new char on their player database) and for some strange reason(it might have been because i was doing it at 5am) my vanu ended up on miller, alongside my TR. I haven't played VS in a long while apart from logging in for daily certs, and i don't plan on actively playing it until they implement migration, but i'd rather not delete it, mainly because i don't wanna risk losing my main, and because i did harvest a decent amount of certs.
Your battle Rank: 61

Planetside 2 Statistic :
https://players.planetside2.com/#!/5428057349740569361 that would be my tr guy
https://players.planetside2.com/#!/5428057349740569073 this is my VS char, so you can check up on me and see that i don't intend to play it anymore :)

Welcome to BRTD Aleksa,

I would like to take the time to welcome you as a trial member of BRTD! You have been accepted on a 2 week trial basis which is a standard procedure for all new recruits. It is required that you download Mumble which we use for voice communication. You will be sent a private message on this website with mumble details as soon as your application is accepted, for information on installing mumble please go here: www.brtd.net/mumble

Please start using Mumble within the next week so the officers can register you and get you into the thick of BRTD operations. When you first log onto mumble you will not have the proper rights to move from the lobby, as such just hold tight there and someone will pop up and welcome you to the outfit and get you started. If you have any trouble please consult the FAQ section: www.brtd.net/faq-guides or ask an officer who will be happy to assist you. If for any reason you cannot log onto mumble within a week of your application submission, just send which ever officer accepted your application a message on the BRTD website saying why so we don't remove you due to inactivity.

All relevant information of the many events we run in BRTD can be found here: www.brtd.net/community/outfit-events

Training nights are on Thursday and Sunday at 8pm GMT where we take you through tactics BRTD use and make sure you know the basics so you can enjoy the game as much as we do.

Along with training every Thursday and Sunday we run “Monday night Madness” which is always a good laugh! In this event we hold races, showdowns, and many more things to boot. A point to note, sometimes even station cash prizes are given!

After getting your application accepted make sure you pop over to this topic www.brtd.net/forum/Recruitment/1500-requ...e-main-outfit-forums and ask for your forum rights thus allowing you to see are plethora of planetside information and guides!

Also just pop to this link and introduce your self to the rest of are members: www.brtd.net/forum-s/2-Public-Forum/7-hello-and-welcome

Our outfit plays on the EU Miller server; our squads are often open and listed (though ask on mumble for an invite if they are not). When you are set up on Mumble, Please ask an officer for an outfit invite so you can join our squads in-game.

We request that all the outfit members like us on Facebook and/or twitter as this really helps with the community aspect and also keep up to date if there is any important news. Links to both of these pages can be found on the left hand side of the main website (www.brtd.net) or do the search option for Facebook. Name: BRTD or twitter: ps_brtd
we hope you enjoy your time with us!

Regards,
