Hi everyone,
Iam one of the Red Gekko (Ex)Members and wanted to apply for BRTD. The reason why i want to change is pretty simple. Since Red Gekko recruited me i saw them online ~3 evenings ... in 3 weeks.

About me:
Iam Stefan, 29 years old, from Germany (Karlsruhe). Ingame iam known as "Eiter". I started playing PS2 a few weeks ago, but do have a lot of experience with FPS (i know ... most of you dont care, cause PS2 is so damn different ;-) ).
That means i started with Deltaforce when i was 16, played Tribes2 for a while, had a small excursion to Americas Army, played ut2k4 for 4 years and lately played Tribes Ascend. (Also had a long time in Eve Online).
edit: Doh! You also wanna know my achievements. Google for "Nimbleminds" and "Diese"l or "Eiter" if you reaaly wanna know. I wont show all my credit cards etc here cause i always hated it when ppl applied that way.

In rl iam studying Electrical Engineering (Specialist on Energy and Automation) in the 5 semester. If everything going right ill be finished in 2 more years.

I PS2 i love to play the Air-Part but iam also happy with everything else. All in one i really enjoy to be the gear in the machine, cause thats what PS2 is all about (in my eyes). So give me a task, and ill be happy with it. Small hint: My Mosquito is relative far upgraded ... perhaps you wanna have me there.

I'd like to take the time to welcome you as a trial member of BRTD! You have been accepted on a 2 week trial basis which is a standard procedure for all new recruits. It is required that you download Mumble (our preference over Teamspeak) and use the "Mumble Login" link at the top of the webskly or alternatively use the server details listed here: www.brtd.net/mumble..

Please start using Mumble within the next week so that our Officers can set your permissions properly. If you have any trouble please consult the FAQ section: www.brtd.net/faq-guides or ask an officer who will be happy to assist you (you will need an officer to authenticate you on the mumble server when you first log in).

Our outfit plays on the EU Miller server; our squads are often open and listed (though ask on mumble for an invite if they are not). When you are set up on Mumble, please ask an officer for an outfit invite so you can join our squads in-game.

BRTD are currently developing our combined arms approach so there is the potential to branch out into more air or ground vehicle related roles should you want to, but as it stands infantry still form the majority of the skill base in our outfit.

We request that all the outfit members like us on facebook and/or twitter as this really helps with the community aspect. Links to both of these pages can be found on the left hand side of the main website (www.brtd.net).
