Previous Planetside experience: I've been playing PS2 since release, no experience with the game before that. Having said that I have now logged about 130 hours of PS2 and I would consider myself to have become reasonably skilled at the game.
Outfit history (if applicable): None to speak of.
Other (online) games you have played / achievements: I've played a multitude of games online and offline, I'll give you a synopsys of the online part:
I played World of Warcraft for 4 years, started out running a guild with a couple friends in vanilla wow, we downed Naxx the night before BC hit
. In BC we were among the first to kill Vashj and Kael on our server and ultimately were farming Sunwell when WotLK came. We played that for a while but quickly found it wasn't for us, played it on and off for a while but ultimately quit.
After that I played a lot of different games; rts, 3rd person shooters, rpg's, you name it, I played it, most of them had some sort of coop so I could play with my friends.
Then StarCraft2 came. From there on I pretty much played played 1v1's, teamgames with friends and the occasional custom game.
We pretty much rolled into Diablo 3 from release, we hit inferno pretty quickly, got ourselves some pretty nice gear, went through all the patching and waiting for PvP.
Now I am done waiting. Blizzard can have their arena, I found a new challenge in PS2!
Do you have a mic? Yes
What you hope to bring to BRTD: A good attitude from someone who doesn't forget to think for himself as well, yet has no problems following orders. I also like to think that I am a somewhat capable pilot, my friends and I flew a lot when we first started playing.
What made you choose this outfit over any other organized outfit: We, and by we I mean Aura79 and I, were looking for an outfit that would offer a lot of teamplay, while maintaining a not too serious attitude and not forgetting to have fun. As you might understand we were sold after we read your post on planetside universe.
What do you want from BRTD: Good times, lots of fun and killing of enemies! Oh and for you to accept my friend Aura79 (who also made a post just now) as well!
What is your prefered play style: Infantry mostly, but I really like flying Libs and driving a sundy aswell, oh and driving a prowler, and piloting a galaxy, and... uhm... pretty much everything in this game I guess!
Anything else you'd like to add: If you consider accepting my application know that I come as a package deal with Aura79, you either get us both or you lose out on some awesome new recruits
