Name: Derek

Age: 37 years young

Location: Scotland

In-Game name: Bladez

Previous Planetside experience: Played a few weeks of ps2 beta and have been playing a couple of hours a night since launch.

Outfit history (if applicable): None

Other (online) games you have played / achievements: Started of my gaming with a game called Rogue Spear it was part of the Rainbow Six franchise, was a member and ldr of a couple of the top clans to play on the ign ladder.BDT ,TWD and European Brotherhood, the latter i created with my brother and took it to the top of the ladder by recruiting old members from the prior 2 clans. When that game died i moved onto counterstrike and moved of again swiftly due to the various hacks/cheats.Started my mmo life after that SWG,Vanguard,Matrix,Guildwars 1&2 Darkfall,WoW,Swtor and Warhammer. In between these games ive played Call of Duty,Medal of Honour,Battlefield(all of them) Ghost Recon,Operation Flashpoint and most of the sniper games.

Do you have a mic? yes

What you hope to bring to BRTD: An active player who's ready to listen and follow out orders even when its a suicide mission.I have a vast experience of online gaming and just generally want to have fun and kill lots of Fish-heads.

What made you choose this outfit over any other organized outfit: I was pointed in this direction by a few friends who are already members of Brtd. They only have good things to say about the clan, its co-ordination ,its willingness to win and over all to have fun in the process.

What do you want from BRTD:Im looking to have fun and play a part in the huge battles rather than run about on my own hoping my mmorpg guild loggs on.I just want to kill, kill, kill and blow stuff up.

What is your prefered play style: Infantry/Armour/Aircraft: I prefer infantry but can turn my hand to armour if needed, you want me in a tank ill blow stuff up,if you want me in an aircraft, remember those suicide missions i spoke about?

Anything else you'd like to add:I'd just like the opportunity to be able to meet new friends and play with olds ones in a new game and let more people try to understand my broad scottish accent in mumble

Thnx for Reading

Hello Khubla,

Due to the circumstance of you being a friend of BRTD's members, I'd be happy to welcome you as a trial member of BRTD! You have been accepted on a 2 week trial basis which is a standard procedure for all new recruits. It is required that you download Mumble (our preference over Teamspeak) and use the "Mumble Login" link at the top of the webskly or alternatively use the server details listed here: www.brtd.net/mumble

Please start using Mumble within the next week so that our Officers can set your permissions properly. If you have any trouble please consult the FAQ section: www.brtd.net/faq-guides or ask an officer who will be happy to assist you (you will need an officer to authenticate you on the mumble server when you first log in).

You may also find useful outfit related information in the combined information thread: http://www.brtd.net/forum-s/2-Public-Forum/1355-combined-information-thread

If you will, please introduce yourself to the rest of the outfit by making a post here: http://www.brtd.net/forum-s/2-Public-Forum/7-hello-and-welcome

Check out our Training & Tactical Guides/Suggestions forum to get the low-down on how BRTD operates in-game: http://www.brtd.net/forum/training-tactics-guides-suggestions

Our outfit plays on the Eurydome server; our squads are often open and listed (though ask on mumble for an invite if they are not). The outfit feature in game is currently bugged so until it is fixed we will not be using it and will be relying purely on mumble and ingame squads.

BRTD are currently developing our combined arms approach so there is the potential to branch out into more air or ground vehicle related roles should you want to, but as it stands infantry still form the majority of the skill base in our outfit.

We request that all the outfit members like us on facebook and/or twitter as this really helps with the community aspect. Links to both of these pages can be found on the left hand side of the main website (www.brtd.net).

We hope you enjoy your time with us!

Regards,
Jamriko
