Location: Exiled Geordie in Leicester (UK)
Previous Planetside experience: Played Planetside for 18 months from launch.
Outfit history (if applicable): Was in the [inbreed] outfit the entire time. Been playing PS2 beta with BMC recently.
Other (online) games you have played / achievements: Everquest I 1998-2003 in a raiding guild; Everquest 2 briefly; WoW from 2004-2008 playing in a fairly serious (if not especially talented) guild.
Do you have a mic? Yes.
What you hope to bring to BRTD: I'm a team player and believe Planetside (both versions) is best enjoyed as a co-ordinated group. I'd look to follow instrcutions and listen rather than lone-wolf around. I'm not the most gifted 'twitch skillz' FPS gamer; but one tries.
What made you choose this outfit over any other organized outfit? Partially memories from PS1; BRTD had a good rep. What swung it was watching Juggernaught's Light Assault Training video on YouTube - I really liked the civil, friendly and supportive way the 10 folks in the squad spoke to each other.
What is your prefered play style: Infantry/Armour/Aircraft - Love Prowlers, engineering and medicine (amazing I don't command a higher salary IRL considering!). I am to manned flight what hamsters are to cage fighting.....don't ask.

Hi Zunk,

We'd be happy to add you to the outfit on a 2 week trial basis. Please download mumble (our version of Teamspeak) and use the "Mumble Login" link at the top of the website or alternatively use the server details listed here: http://www.brtd.net/mumble

We will expect you to start using mumble within the next week, if you have any trouble please consult the FAQ section: www.brtd.net/faq-guides or ask an officer who will be happy to assist you (you will need an officer to authenticate you on the mumble server when you first log in).

The outfit plays on the Eurydome server; our squads are often open and listed (though ask on mumble for an invite if they are not). The outfit feature in game is currently bugged so until it is fixed we will not be using it and will be relying purely on mumble and ingame squads.

We are currently developing our combined arms approach so there is the potential to branch out into more air or ground vehicle related roles should you want to, but as it stands infantry still form the majority of the skill base in our outfit.
