I'll give you a quick run down on what could happen as I've been told
We are setting up the outfit first on EU1 and testing it out (structure wise)
Then upon release or after (we don't want to over step the mark and rush into things) providing that we have US players willing and able to lead (need more) then the outfit will go through the phases of being set up
Atm we are lacking in US leadership and looking for players to prove themselves as well as normal US players in general
We have plans on boosting this soon and the server I've been told that the US section will most likely end up on is a West server.
