[Forum] Info Dump, and cleaning up stickies.

Firstly, a thread containing useful links would be really helpful. Thinking stuff every member should know, like CoC or whatever else.

Second, Outfit Chat and probably some other forums has many stickies that are outdated or unhelpful. Cleaning that up a bit would be really nice, as stickies are a great way to spread information fast if used in moderation.

Agreed. Haven't looked at how much is outdated, but I am very strongly in favor of keeping things up to date! And cookies. Very strongly in favor of cookies too. The chocolate chip kind, not the virtual ones.

done (most of the stickies on were moved to appropriate forum sections and unstickied anything out of date. ), haven't much time to keep info up to date as i'm in the middle of do my server qualifications .
