I recently went through the same thing and did a bunch of research prior to buying a new PC to play PS2.

The system you posted will certainly run PS2 fine. JoCool's right that the weakest link is the GPU - the processer you list is previous generation but still very potent. The Radeon graphics card is current but budget....I do still think you may find it runs PS2 well enough to hold off spending £200 on a GTX 660 or 670 immediately. The 'purchase thru' work' schemes are often good value as I believe you get tax benefits.....do you mind me asking what is the total cost of that system? You *might* be better off buying elsewhere and taking alternative finance.
