Personally, I think it's been working really well for us recently, I haven't really felt cut off from the outfit, the weekly events bring us together and mix up groups for the most part and I've been finding multiple reapers give us a lot of flexibility, rather than an entire platoon attack a small outpost we can take 3 at the same time.
So personally, loving the way it is at the moment, this way you don't get one super platoon full up and one half squad platoon so it keeps things even and fair.
