Taking a months break.

Hello guys!
As I love you all I want to put the cards on the table!

I took a decision today to give myself a break from gaming, not just planetside but also gaming in general.
For me, this is a quite big decision and I felt a little anxiety growing in me when I said this to myself. I have been playing almost constantly since I quit school back in 2005. Gaming is not fun anymore, it's a dull time killer for me.
It's really easy for me to say, just another hour, or I can do that stuff tomorrow....I don't want that anymore.

I feel I need this, so I can start focusing on stuff I really want to do, such as editing and music. I'm slowly working on setting up a small studio at my home. My goal with this studio is to make myself a better editor. The music? I'm hoping on finding someplace to study music and learning the ropes of it.

Sorry for giving you this big post, but as you have been a big part of my life this last year. I wanted to tell you what's going on.
I'll be around on the forum still.

Sorry to hear you are taking a break, but it seems like you have exciting times ahead too!
Music and gaming can also be combined... seeing as you are from Göteborg.. consider Skövde University and its "Computer Game Development - Sound/Music 180 ECTS" program!

Posting here, as there is no need for another topic.

Hey guys! yeah I have been absent for a while, and I will mostly continue being it for the rest of the summer I think.
I am probably tired of games in general, I tried to get into University this spring. I was qualified but put on wait-list with 170 before me.
With no guarantee that I will study this fall, I need to find something else to do than just games and work.

I will be around, not just as much as before.
