Update to Website

Hi folks
I have updated the website to have Event page on the home page of the website, this is linked to Google calender so we can put any kind of events such as training,outfit event, meetings and so on . I am still tweaking it atm. I will hand out the login details to Officers

I have move the news section to the frontpage of the website and a new welcome page.

I have spent alot of time finding out what is causing the login issues, I think it mainly fixed. it might take few more days for people web browser caches to clear (Reduce login issues)

Also a new Join us page to make it clearer and easier to join us, once recruitment is opened up again.

Testing a new Comment system for the website, might link it with Facebook or use the default intensedebate comment system.

also testing a new cache system to speed up the site
