Actualy, DO NOT use razer game booster.... if you look at the soe forum, there's been a lot of players banned, becouse they used it... the program seems to trigger the soe poorly designed cheat detection, and it may results in a ban... so, i wouldn't risk using it at all....
HowTo: Increase Planetside 2 Performance!

Hey guys,
just found this little tool, that helps you configure launchpad.ini and useroption.ini with guide to get better Perfomance / FPS.
It also lets you switch between US / EU without downloading anything. If you have created your account on "www.planetside2.com" you have to use "US" to be able to log in. If you have created your account on "www.planetside2.eu" (ProSiebenSat.1) you have to use "PSG/EU" to be able to log in.
Note 1: close Planetside 2 and the Launcher before switching.
Note 2: you can still play on any EU/US server ingame no matter where you created your account.
Note 3: currently Player-Studio items are not available to Pro7/EU accounts (legal issue between SOE and Pro7) If you just created your character on EU server, it might be a wise solution to swith to US. But then you have to create a fresh US account with new character. (Remember Note 2) We hope this problem gets solved by SOE fast.
PTS Test Server:
The server switch feature doesnt support the Test-Server (PTS), so if you want to play around with newest Player-Studio items switch your PTS client to US (without downloading anything).
Solution is to edit the Launchpad.ini, you have to change this line only:
1. For PTS US/SOE Server with Player-Studio
environment=test
2. For PTS EU/Pro7 version
environment=psg-livetest
