To speed up the loading of YouTube videos on this site. , I have changed the code to use a JPG video thumbnail instead of loading the full YouTube video saving 400 kb per video on a page on this site. (click on the YouTube video thumbnail its loads the there and then)

This greatly speed-up the loading of the homepage on this site.

Added in new bbcode to embed Twitter tweets. Just copy the url from a Tweet and paste in the forum.
