yeah this is probably the cheapest AAA title in years buy 1 ship ether the aurora or the mustang and everything else is in game credit earned by playing the game. even the none basic packages are being removed on release so the ships will only be earn able.

Also its got more things to do than just about any other multiplayer game out there

Yeah not sure what packages you guys are looking at, but the cheapest ones go for 45 euro. Which is basicly the standard price for a big PC title.

I stand corrected then. That is cheap. Palla, do make sure not to purchase the game before the rest of us get into PU, to share our experience, if you're on the fence.

I would say if you have doubts about star citizen keep a eye on it there's a lot there promising as it is looking like a awesome game by the guy who made wing commander and its a indie game so has no pressures from the publishers so worth a look at least :D

also 1.0.3 is out with a load of fixes.

What is the PU? 28€ it is much more affordable!!! I am waiting to see more. I do not like at the moment the dogfights, I want to be Co-pilot and the gunner of a spaceship! :D

Also it was confirmed today that, if you do not have Alpha access, you need to purchase a $5 pass for the FPS module.

@wonderlove ok quick *WARNING* once you done, save your joystick set up and go to you sc folder \StarCitizen\CitizenClient\USER\Controls\Mappings find your save and back it up this is because each update it restarts all controls and deletes the control save.

this should help you in the case of a update also there is one due in the next few weeks (FPS)

Alas, this weekend went to rc flying, finally got my toy quad up for practice until my racer arrives :p
